The Alexandra Penthouse is our newest luxury Skye Sands development on Alexandra Place. This breath-taking apartment sleeps 8 in 4 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms as well as two en-suite shower rooms. The property is elegantly furnished throughout and has been finished to the highest specifications, whilst also offering an unrivalled central location. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - entrance door from street, up one level to the first floor. First Floor - 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 open plan living room and kitchen. Second Floor - 3 double bedrooms, with 2 En-Suites and 1 bathroom.

Its amenities include Scotland's oldest university, founded in 1413, beautiful award-winning beaches, historic buildings, including the ruins of the cathedral, castle and St Rule's Tower and a wide variety of specialist shops and restaurants. Renowned worldwide as "the home of golf” St Andrews has seven world-class links courses and others in the area include The Dukes, Kingsbarns and the Fairmont St Andrews complex. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. Town centre location, 10 mins walk to Old Course, 5 to the beach. Supermarkets and bars/restaurants in the vicinity.
