Property information

Located on the first floor of the building, the apartment is open plan, offering a bright, spacious and airy living, dining and kitchen space. With a wall mounted flat screen TV, comfy sofas, and a selection of board games, the living area is perfect for relaxed family fun after a day at the beach. The kitchen is stylish and excellently equipped, providing a full oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave kettle and toaster, and even a Nespresso machine, for that perfect morning coffee whilst you make plans for the day. The master bedroom has lovely decor, with a king-size bed, plenty of storage and thoughtful touches like a hairdryer, clock radio and hangers in the wardrobe. There is an en-suite shower room with mains shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. In the second bedroom, there are two full size single beds, and ample storage. The main family bathroom is very smart and contemporary, with a bath with shower over, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and a back-lit mirror to give a real luxury feel.

Neighbourhood information

Whilst the seaside town of Filey is famous for a great day at the beach, there are various other attractions in the local area that will leave you spoilt for choice with where to explore first. Glen Gardens is within easy walking distance less than a mile away, and offers beautiful parkland and gardens to explore, adventure golf and stunning views out over the coast. If you take your golf a little more seriously, Filey Golf Club is very nearby, just a little further on from Glen Gardens. For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, why not make your way down to the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast for a spot of spectacular bird watching at the Bempton Cliffs. An established nesting spot from March – October, over 200,000 Puffins, Gannets, Kittiwakes and Guillemots take to the ledges of the white chalk cliffs almost 400ft up from sea level.
