2 York House is a beautiful second-floor apartment in a Grade II listed property resting in the centre of Dartmouth, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size, a twin with 2'6" beds (zip/link can be king-size on request), and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a living room/diner with a gas fire. Outside there is a balcony leading from the living area with seating, and a parking permit is provided for the Town Car Park. 2 York House is a wonderfully central base from which to enjoy the wonders of Dartmouth. Unsupervised children should not be allowed on balconyStrictly No Smoking
