Very comfortable, warm and quiet. Great location and car park, although that was busy when we arrived. The apartment is very well kitted out as the owner lives there some of the time so there is everything available that you could ever need. Shops and places to eat within 50 yards, bus stop outside and a regular service to Worthing and Brighton a 200 yard walk away. As a base it is perfect for exploring this part of the South Coast. My wife used to live in Lancing so we were taking a trip down Memory Lane. The apartment is built on the site of an old club, The Place, which my wife remembers well. The apartment is possibly one of the best places we have rented out!

This is a two bedroom first floor apartment with lift access and free parking. There is 1 king size bed and 1 double bed. Comfortable lounge and dining area with smart tv and Netflix. Fully functioning kitchen and bathroom with toiletries. The apartment block is mostly occupied by long term residents, so it is important to be aware of not making a disturbance at night as they have to go to work next day.

The. Apartment is in easy reach of Brighton by train or bus. London is an hour away by train. There are many historical sights in West Sussex besides beaches and countryside. Many beautiful villages are worth visiting locally.
