Ashleigh House is uniquely situated in a residential part of Torquay just a five minute walk from the Harbour and shops. Despite being so close to the Town it is very quiet. Guests will not be disturbed by traffic or noisy passers by. Parking in Meadfoot Lane is restricted to residents and guests only making it virtually traffic free, and guarantees a peaceful nights sleep and safe parking. Despite the quiet location, everything that Torquay has to offer is within easy walking distance. Many guests choose to have a holiday from driving as the shops, beaches, restaurants, cafe bars, tourist attractions, theatres and travel links are all close at hand. Indeed, four of Torquay's best restaurants are within a ten minute walk! Ashleigh House offers a clean, comfortable and well appointed accommodation at realistic prices with some of those little extras usually associated with more expensive accommodation. We want our guests to leave us feeling that they have received value for money. Hi , we are Jan &amp; Steve. We have been fortunate enough to recently purchase this beautiful guest house. Ashleigh House has been trading as a guest house since 1947. In that time it has built up an excellent reputation for comfort, cleanliness, hospitality and a delicious breakfast at 'value for money' prices. We will continue to keep up the high standards set and look forward to welcoming returning and future guests.
Ashleigh House is in a quiet residential road very close to the harbour where the shops, restaurants and beaches begin. All the attractions that Torquay offers are close by as is the local beauty spot of Daddyhole Plain. Some of Torquay's best restaurants are within a ten minute walk. The Theatres and cinema are walkable too. The harbourside is the prettiest part of Torquay and can be seen from its best vantage point at the end of Meadfoot Lane.

Ashleigh House is set over three floors and, as there is no lift, is unfortunately unsuitable for people with mobility issues.

Please inform the property prior to arrival if you wish to bring a pet. There is a surcharge of GBP 10 for one pet. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room whilst guests go out.

There is sufficient on street parking outside the property where a permit is required. The property provides a permit to all guests.

Breakfast is served from 8.00.

Late-out is available by prior arrangement and subject to availability. If confirmed by the property, there will be a fee of GBP 20 per hour after 12:00 (midday).

Please note that the rate for the deluxe family room is for 2 adults only. Children are charged as a supplement at GBP 15 per child per night.
