Delightful boutique one bedroomed apartment on two floors with views over Brixham town and the countryside. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with private parking Quiet area, yet only a 5 minute walk into Brixham town Close to amenities, pubs, restaurants, shops, taxi rank and bus terminal The ground floor has an open plan lounge, diner with fully equipped kitchen. The first floor has the bathroom, bedroom and dressing area. Outside is a private secluded courtyard garden with gas BBQ
Usually we will be on hand to meet you on arrival and show you around the apartment And answer any questions you may have.
Brixham is an old fishing town with narrow winding streets built between 2 hills, with the town centre at the bottom in the middle. This means that pretty much anywhere you go, will involve some steps, which is easy going down, but not so easy, coming back, especially after a few drinks, and a meal. Local taxis, charge a small fee, to drive you back, should you feel the need, or do what the locals do, and walk. Brixham town centre is only a 5 minute walk down the steps. There is a ferry to Torquay, also bus terminal and taxi rank are less than 5 minutes walk
