Church House is a self contained mini house attached to our family home. You are welcomed into a spacious lounge, kitchen, diner with modern appliances, 50” Smart TV and lovely leather sofa. There is a stunning ensuite featuring walk in oversized shower tray with rain fall shower head, wall hung toilet and Vanity unit with storage. The bedroom features bespoke, locally made furniture including a super-king pencil post bed, Smart 50” tv, dressing table and large wardrobe. Off road parking.
My wife Donna and I live in the lakes and run a bespoke furniture manufacturing business, we have 2 daughters and love exploring new places. The property is an annex of our family home, we might pass you on the driveway during your stay however you are free to come and go as you wish. There is a key-box for access so you can just self check in on arrival. Please note we do have family pets in our home - a Golden Retriever named Florence and a rescue cat called Morag. Both are very friendly and enjoy meeting new guests - We do not let the animals into the Church House, however Morag has been known to let herself in if you leave the door open - please just shoo her out!
Located near 2 local primary schools, but away from the main roads we are on a lovely quiet road. Surrounded by a mix of family homes and regular B&B’s. We are almost exactly half way between Windermere and Bowness with either being an approximate 10minute walk. Having your own dedicated off road parking space, you wont have any issues parking after a long day exploring the lakes. If you wish to use public transport there are 2 bus stops within 100yards.
