Boswell Farm's Cottages are set in 50 acres and is still a working farm so don't be surprised to hear the local cattle in surrounding fields. Our cottages are based around a courtyard. Boswell is a family run business and we live on site a short distance away in Boswell house, we have 3 friendly dogs who we are sure will introduce themselves.

Nestled in slopes of the Sid Valley situated in an area of outstanding beauty, our comfortable cottages offer a high standard of accommodation and are open all year. The cottages, surrounded by pasture and a beautiful brook, are in the most relaxing of rural settings, and yet are within easy driving distance of the popular tourist attractions along the Jurassic coast. Cyclists may explore the various cycle ways, which pass by our gate. The local town of Sidmouth offers a grocery and butchers shop, a bakery, pharmacy, post office, garage, several traditional pubs, cafes, take-away food outlets. The cottages can sleep from 2 to 6 people. Cottages can be rented for a week or more from Sat to Sat during peak periods. Additionally, 2, 3 and 4 night short breaks from Mon to Fri and weekend breaks from Fri to Mon are offered all the year round except for Christmas and New Year. Prices are inclusive of bed linen, towels and central heating. Kitchens are fully equipped, some with dishwashers and washing machines. A laundry is provided for use by all guests, irons, ironing boards, washing machine, and drier.
