We stayed at Claygate while attending a weekend event at the Motorpoint arena. A great, quiet location just an easy 30 minute walk from the Motorpoint arena and a 10 minute walk from the local Lidl store, we were also close to local bus routes too with frequent services throughout the day. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials needed for our stay, we had our own designated parking area which was tucked away from the road and Joanne the host was incredibly easy to communicate with from start to finish. Would 100% recommend and definitely hope to return again in the future!

Claygate Place is a 2 bedroom house situated in a quiet residential area just under 2 miles from Nottingham City Centre and the Motorpoint arena. There are lots of local places of interest to explore during your visit, such as Nottingham Science park, Nottingham Castle, Stonebridge City Farm and Colwick Country Park. Carlton high street is a 10 minutes walk where you will find a range of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. All of this makes Claygate Place ideal for leisure and business. The Space: The living room is a space where you can relax on the sofa and arm chairs. A Smart TV for Freeview or use the super fast broadband to access your Netflix/Amazon streaming services. Through the patio doors you will find the outdoor space. A patio area with table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining or just a space to enjoy a morning coffee. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals. There is an oven, stove, microwave, large fridge freezer and a range of cooking pots, pans and utensils. In the lounge there is a dining table that will comfortably seat 4 people. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and an airer are also provided, so that you can do pieces of laundry should you need to. Upstairs: The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with fresh linen, a large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and bedside lamps for reading or creating ambiance. The second bedroom has a SMALL double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers for storage. Newly fitted bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin can be found at the top of the stairs. Guest Access: Claygate Place offers self-check-in, so you are free to arrive anytime after the check-in time. There's a key safe at the property and instructions on how to access this will be provided on the day of your arrival.
