Beautifully presented three-bedroom townhouse, with fully furnished kitchen with dining area and living room, situated in the heart of Crail. Sleeps 6 guests in 3 Twin Bedrooms with 3 Bathrooms. Situated less than a 5 minute walk to Crail Harbour and a 15 minute drive outside of St Andrews, making it ideal for Golfers and families alike. Free parking only 30 seconds walk from door. Located less than a mile from the popular wedding venue The Cowshed, and 5 miles from Falside Mill. Front garden with stairs leading up to the front door. Upon entering the house the layout is as follows: Ground Floor: Living room, kitchen with dining area, and shower room with toilet. 1st floor: 1st bedroom with bunkbeds, 2nd bedroom with two single beds, and main bathroom. 2nd floor: 3rd bedroom with two single beds and ensuite with walk-in shower.

Neighbourhood information

Crail is a historic fishing village in the pretty East Neuk of Fife with charming cobbled streets that tumble down to the miniature harbour, which is sheltered by cliffs and surrounded by historic fishing cottages. Visitors flock to the harbour front for an ice cream and a stroll to see the fishing boats or to simply explore the timeless wynds within the village. In the summer, the Crail Food Festival is a treat for the senses. Visitors have been increasingly come to weddings at The Cow Shed which is nestled just outside Crail. There is plenty to explore while you are here including a heritage centre, galleries, local shops as well as local eateries such as delightful tearooms. Local amenities such as a bank machine and convenience store are also available. Within 15 minutes drive you have a plethora of the world’s best golf courses including the Old Course. Everything in Crail is within walking distance. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are available relatively easily.
