Dormans Point is a cosy, pet friendly seaside house, situated a close walk to Donaghadee town center and its iconic harbour. Donaghadee has two fantastic play parks, a sandy beach and a range of boutique shops, cafes, waterfront restaurants and bars. It is perfectly situated to allow guests to explore Ards and North Down, the Peninsula and Belfast areas with plenty of activities, walks and places to visit for guests of all ages and interests. We decided NOT to increase our prices in light of the energy prices but instead the property utilities are on a top up system. We provide enough to get people started and this is enough for most short stays depending on comfort levels. Utility prices will vary depending on guest usage.
