The house is perfect for a special occasion. It is super clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The host's communication was wonderful and she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. They even left a welcome hamper which was super thoughtful. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

-Award winning home for design - Ultimate party space - 800 sq ft kitchen accommodates 100 guests -Very private home with private garden -Each room has a separate theme -Off Road parking for 6 cars with camera and alarm security system -Child and Dog safe/friendly 1/4 acre garden and no carpets -Wrap around patios - Three full tiled bathrooms - Three WC - Three double bedrooms -Two reception rooms with Sky Sports - Office -Treadmill -Garden seating for 32 guests and outdoor kitchen
I work full time in the City Centre but am on hand if you need anything. Should you wish to bring pets but are worried about leaving them - I can arrange a drop in service. I try to provide a luxury hotel vibe but with more privacy and space in a beautiful setting. I can arrange to meet at the house or leave a key if you would prefer.
- 20 walk to Penarth train station - 2 stops to Cardiff - On bus route to Cardiff City - 12 min drive to Cardiff City - 15 min drive to Cardiff Airport -1 min walk to Cosmeston Lakes and Country park - 1 mile to Penarth Pier and beach - 10 mins walk to Wales Costal Path - Spar (groceries) 4 minutes walk - Overlook Glamorgan Golf Course Stunning walks for dogs and children without getting muddy! House is very peaceful with no noice / lighting from neighbours Parking for 6 cars and secure locked gates for motor / pedal bikes Taxi's are easy to book and we are on a bus route The train to Cardiff takes 9 minutes - the walk to the station is down a pleasant tarmaced track The neighbourhood is very quiet and private
