Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

This 1-bedroom apartment is situated in a prime spot just off the seafront and has been immaculately furnished throughout. It also benefits from a large outdoor terrace with outside dining furniture. The property has been fully stylishly designed with comfort and practicality in mind and is the perfect place to unwind while you escape the exhausting pressures of everyday life. The bedroom has been designed with a super-king size bed that can also be split into 2 single beds if you prefer. The spacious bathroom has a lovely free standing bath and separate walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, towels and linen are all provided and parking permits can be purchased for 2 British pounds per day.
