Large townhouse spread over four levels, perfectly located just a stroll to the stunning waterfront and boasting private parking. -- Three good sized bedrooms all featuring modern en-suites, storage and traditional or Juliet balconies, including the ‘Penthouse’ with stunning views over Cardiff Bay across to Penarth. -- The large open-plan living level features comfortable seating, a smart TV equipped with Netflix, dining area, breakfast bar and a small balcony with outside furniture, as well as a fully kitted out kitchen, offering built-in fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, alongside other essentials such as pots and pans.
