The views were amazing and having a wood burning stove kept us cozy until the weather improved and we could sit around the outside fire. The horse box kitchen was really well kitted out. The hosts were so generous and helped us celebrate our adult daughter's birthday by giving us a bottle of fizz.

If you are looking for natural surroundings, some off grid peace, stunning views of the Lancashire countryside and even more stunning sunsets, then we have the perfect place for you to stay! Eden pod is the largest of our 3 pods and sleeps up to 4 adults in double bunk beds and has an extended comfortable seating area with dining table, wine rack, solar powered lighting and phone charging point. Looking straight onto Pendle Hill and the rolling Lancashire countryside. The other two pods are Pear and Oak and are slightly smaller. Dogs Welcome. Kitchen is located in a converted horse trailer approx 40m from the pod and has all essentials like tea, coffee, cutlery, crockery and gas hob. Eco compostable toilet is located in a pod field. Conventional toilet and shower are approx 100m away from the pod. All facilities are shared between guests from all 3 pods. We can only provide one parking space per reservation.
Gisburn village is approx 2 miles away, where you can find a delicatessen, pub, restaurants, church, petrol station with small shop. Rimmington village has an organic farm shop selling organic meat and groceries. Pendle Hill is brilliant for walking, as is the surrounding countryside. Further a field is Manchester, which is approx 45 mins by car and the Lake District which is also approx 45 mins by car. Other surrounding towns are the historic Lancashire town of Clitheroe and the Yorkshire town of Skipton.
