Our modern, stylish apartments are the perfect place for your next trip away, offering space, comfort and luxury. We have 3 beautiful 2 bedroom apartments, each equipped with a PRIVATE GARDEN, brand new kitchen, amenities & sofa bed available for groups of up to 6 guests. The private garden is a rare gem in Brighton and the living area is equipped with board games for the family, WIFI and NETFLIX on the satellite TV. **Check-in instructions will be sent to you via email or text SMS, on the day of your reservation once our forms have been completed. A GBP250 security deposit is taken virtually from your card for the purposes of damages and incidentals, regardless of booking length. This deposit is released upon check-out and is processed within 3-5 working days. Our check-in form is designed to confirm your identity matches the booking. The way we store this information is GDPR compliant and more information on this can be found in our privacy policy.**
We love hosting guests from around the world in our beautiful properties so when we send you the check-in instructions, you will also be given the contact number of one of the property managers who will oversee your stay. If you need anything during your stay with us please WhatsApp them between the hours 9am - 9pm. Unless it is an out-of-hours emergency, any queries will be dealt with the following day. If you have any issues during your stay, please raise them directly with your property manager who will do their best to resolve them as soon as they can. Please note that this may not be instant or even during your stay but we will work our hardest to ensure that you as one of our guests leave feeling accommodated.
