    Loved the history of the property, the old oven in the bedroom, little private garden and the beds were very comfortable, very close to the sea and lots of attention to detail, we had everything that we needed, even coffee pods for the machine!

Ample storage space, particularly in the bedroom, ensures a clutter-free stay. The roomy lounge is equipped with two sofa beds, a dining table with four chairs, a SMART internet TV, and high speed fiber broadband. In the well-appointed kitchen, you'll find an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge, along with a wide range of crockery, cutlery, and utensils. My husband Luca and I have owned the flat for over 5 years and we bought it as we love Broadstairs and everything it has to offer. We have spent many weekends there exploring the coastline and dining out in our favourite Italian restaurants. I look after our guests and particularly enjoy speaking with them before their arrival date to ensure that all of their needs are met. We have had many lovely people stay with us, some of whom first visited Broadstairs as children and have come back to relive their cherished memories. In addition to our hosting duties, we are the proud parents of a remarkable 21-year-old son who is currently in his final year at university, thoroughly relishing his educational journey. Outside of our family life and hosting, I have a deep passion for playing the piano, an ongoing love for learning the French language, and a strong commitment to keeping myself fit and healthy. Your comfort and enjoyment during your stay are of the utmost importance to us, and we look forward to welcoming you to our home.
