This property is nicely presented with a bright and airy, seaside-inspired sitting room featuring white paneling, comfortable sofas, a dining room table, and chairs and an electric fireplace. There is also a widescreen TV and French doors looking out onto the park. There is one recently refurbished main bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and an additional WC upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms in total, one bunk bedroom downstairs and a twin and a double bedroom upstairs. The kitchen has also recently been refurbished and a new decking (with table and chairs) has been built at the front of the property. There is free wifi and 3 smart TVs with free Netflix access. Fitted with modern double glazing throughout making this also a cozy choice for winter months. The pool is indoor and heated, it is currently open March-October. Recently, a booking system has been in place to allow dedicated slots for swimming with people within your bubble, whilst this is in operation bookings can be made via reception. The electricity operates on a 1 coin meter, it is configured at the lowest setting so, it typically costs around 2-3 a day. Please be aware that if you are unable to check out at the agreed time you will be liable to pay for all affected bookings as a result of your extended stay.
