How clean and modern the facilities were. Also that there was a guidance book telling you step by step how to work everything and all the local attractions/ best food places. The location was very nice and full of stunning views. Will most definitely be coming back in the near future!

The former Olympia Fitness Centre and Manhattans nightclub building on Redcar seafront was once used as the backdrop for hit Hollywood film Atonement. After lying vacant for around 13 years, the derelict 25,000 square ft building has been tastefully regenerated and redeveloped by Steven Green and Gemma Sharples. This beautifully revitalised building is now a thriving business innovation centre offering luxury living, networking and offices for budding entrepreneurs and established business alike.

Located in Redcar, The Seaview luxury apartments provides Seaview's (dependant on the apartment booked) and free WI-FI, 100m from Coatham Beach and 300m to Redcar town centre which offers guest lots of entertainment to help you enjoy your stay, Redcar has a great travel link and has a train station and good bus routes for you to explore the area around the apartments such as Saltburn which has the oldest Water Lift in the world and Great Ayton which is where Roseberry Topping is located. Around the corner from the apartments we have a vibrant park and crazy golf course to keep the family entertained. The apartments are set in a prime location for you to explore the beautiful North East coast. The apartments have been designed with comfort in mind but to a high standard, all apartments come with carpeted lounges and bedrooms and tiled flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. Each apartment comes with a flat screen TV with streaming services, Free WI-FI. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer and kettle.
