A jewel in the Lakes, My hosts were excellent as was Rebecca who looked after me at breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. I'll certainly be back!

Located in the quiet village of Grange-over-Sands on the edge of the Lake District National Park, Somerset House is just 3-minute walk from the promenade at Morecambe Bay. Free WiFi is provided and all rooms are en suite. Somerset House offers a continental breakfast included in the room rate. A flat-screen TV is provided in each room, as well as a power shower and tea/coffee making facilities. Lake Windermere, with all its leisure facilities, is only a 20-minute drive away. Tennis, crazy golf and a large children’s play area can be found along the promenade, as well as a cafe.
