Property information

This home is modern and clean with a really comfortable lounge area. With large windows in each room, it has a bright airy feeling, and the bedrooms are spacious enough for a couple to stay in each room comfortably. There is parking for one vehicle in a private garage, although this is a small single garage, so may not accommodate a larger car. There is plenty of on street parking just outside the Cul-de-sac should this be the case. Broadclyst is a charming and picturesque Devon village located on the edge of the Killerton Estate. It is perfectly placed for access into Exeter and for the M5. The Red Lion pub is a stone's throw away, which has a cosy atmosphere and serves fantastic pub food. There is a village shop and Indian restaurant on the main street, with a 10 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. This is a perfect base for exploring all that Devon has to offer, with beaches within a 30 minute drive, Dartmoor to the West and the City of Exeter close by, yet the peace and tranquility of village life when you return. Getting around There is a bus stop a mere 100 yards from the front door. Nearest train station is Pinhoe, which is a 10 minute drive. There is a garage available for parking, although this is not suitable for very large vehicles. The fob is inside the home. There is further on street parking available should you require this.
