Property information

This home is modern and clean with a really comfortable lounge area. With large windows in each room, it has a bright airy feeling, and the bedrooms are spacious enough for a couple to stay in each room comfortably. There is parking for one vehicle in a private garage, although this is a small single garage, so may not accommodate a larger car. There is plenty of on street parking just outside the Cul-de-sac should this be the case. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. Neighbourhood information

Broadclyst is a charming and picturesque Devon village located on the edge of the Killerton Estate. It is perfectly placed for access into Exeter and for the M5. The Red Lion pub is a stone's throw away, which has a cosy atmosphere and serves fantastic pub food. There is a village shop and Indian restaurant on the main street, with a 10 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. This is a perfect base for exploring all that Devon has to offer, with beaches within a 30 minute drive, Dartmoor to the West and the City of Exeter close by, yet the peace and tranquility of village life when you return. Getting around There is a bus stop a mere 100 yards from the front door. Nearest train station is Pinhoe, which is a 10 minute drive. There is a garage available for parking, although this is not suitable for very large vehicles. The fob is inside the home. There is further on street parking available should you require this.
