The maisonette apartment boasts two bedrooms, both with ample facilities. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a bunk bed, perfect for families or guests. A double sofa bed in the living area also provides extra sleeping space, accommodating 6 guests with ease. The living area is a nice relaxing space to chill after a long day, with a smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, or to prepare that takeaway food in style...! To the rear of the property, down a short set of stairs, is lovely garden, where you can enjoy morning coffees or soak up the sunshine. Situated just a short walk from Southend beach, this apartment offers an array of amenities, including shops, restaurants, and entertainment, all within short walking distance.
