Every single thing. Upstairs downstairs layout. Very ideal to put our little one to bed and come down and cook and watch tv etc. Decor was stunning. Less is more. Left milk, coffee, teabags and sugar. Also little bottles of water for days out. Little things make a big difference.

Our beautiful, spacious two bedroom cottage is ideally located just off bustling Yarm High Street, with its plethora of quaint coffee shops, small independent stores and lively wine bars and restaurants. Inside, the cottage has a cosy, yet contemporary feel and plenty of space. With a newly refurbished kitchen and bathroom and stylish, comfortable furnishings it makes for the perfect base to relax after a day of exploring the local area. Guests also have access to a peaceful shared garden.
