Property information

The newly converted flat has been furnished in a comfortable colourful and contemporary style by local artists Jean and Martin Farrell with a spacious bedroom and living area leading through to a kitchen and dining area. Built in the basement of a pretty family house, the flat has its own entrance via the front garden with full height french windows allowing in plenty of natural light. With a plush super-king size zip and link bed, and a fold out sofa bed, the apartment can sleep three people. There is a TV, radio and a selection of games and books so the apartment is a great place to relax after a day of sight-seeing. The kitchen contains the basics needed to prepare, serve and enjoy a simple meal, with a microwave and coffee machine as well as utensils and tableware. A large shower, loo, mirror and sink can all be found in the bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout the flat. Free WiFi is available through the flat.

The Design Studio is located in a quiet residential area nestled between the River Avon and the Kennet and Avon Canal, within just a few minutes' walk of the bustling historic city centre.
