The Patch is a lovely, warm and modern studio space suitable for to 2 adults and potentially up to 2 children upon request, set in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood of Brighton. It has great transport links, close to the hustle and bustle of Brighton but also the peaceful rolling hills of the South Downs.
The Patch is located in a quiet and friendly area of Brighton close to the rolling hills of the beautiful South Downs but a short ride into the city of Brighton. The property benefits from great transport links to the A23, A27, close to Preston Park train station and on the main 5B bus route. In the local area there are two fantastic pubs (The Long Man of Wilmington and The Ladies Miles) as well 2 Indian and an Italian restaurant as well as local takeaways (indian, burger, pizza, charcoal grill) There are a number of shops locally including Sainsburys express, Coop and Asda Superstore. The Patch has dedicated off-street parking for two cars. It is located a 2 minute walk from a bus stop served by the 5B bus which takes you into the heart of Brighton and also into Hove. It can also be used to get to the Asda Superstore. Preston Park train station is about 25 minute walk or bus stop to the station is a 5 minute walk. There are pubs, restaurants, and small grocery shops within walking distance.
