The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach front and the town centre for shops, bars & restaurants. The layout of the apartment was good and very modern.

Here at GGE we pride ourself on providing guests with a comfortable stay in a prime location. Being so close to the pier and surrounded by a wide variety of shops and restaurants is ideal meaning guests haven't got to travel very far at alll. Its a relaxing and spacious property and is sure to be the prefect getaway for any guests seeking to stay in the Brighton area.

Property information

This new modern 1 bed apartment is situated within a few minutes walking distance to the Brighton pier. The property has an open plan front room/kitchen area which has a sofa bed to accommodate 2 guests.There are also the essential kitchen utilities needed ie microwave, toaster, kettle etc. This leads on to a bathroom which contains a shower, sink and a toilet. Just past the bathroom is a double bedroom consisting of a double bed and cupboard storage area for guests. The property has free wifi for guests to access. The TV in the front room is a smart tv which allows guests to use a wide range of entertainment apps such as Netflix, Youtube etc.

The local area is packed with a range of shops to meet all of your needs. There is also a thriving nightlife with many bars and clubs to choose from. The pier and beach is a few minutes walk away and is perfect for a sunny day out; theres an arcade in which you can have fun with friends/family whilst indulging in some fresh hot doughnuts!
