Company information

Adliv Host was established in 2020 after successfully managing our own holiday let properties for a couple of years. Adliv Host is run by a Husband and Wife Team who both live in the local area. All guest communication is handled by them personally to ensure the best service is delivered at all times. What to expect when you book with us Upon booking, you will receive an email with the steps that you need to complete to confirm the booking. We do require all stays pay a refundable damage deposit of 200 hundred pounds. Assuming no damage has been caused to the property during your stay, this deposit is fully refunded after the property has been cleaned and inspected after check out. You can expect to see your refunded deposit back in your account within 5-10 working days (timing depends on who you bank with.) We also require the lead guest to sign and agree to our T&C’s and upload a copy of either their driving licence or passport for verification to our secure system. We allow do allow 1 small dog at the property which incurs an additional thirty pound additional fee upon booking. Please let us know upon booking that you wish to bring your dog and we will send through a separate payment link.

Located next to Ramsgate’s beautiful Royal Harbour, this 2-bed ground floor apartment is perfectly situated for anyone looking for a luxury break on the Southeast coast of Kent. The apartment is pet friendly, so you are welcome to bring along your dog to enjoy the fantastic beach and harbour walks that the area has to offer.

Neighbourhood information

Ramsgate provides a perfect location to explore the surrounding area. In addition to Ramsgate and its Royal Harbour and sandy beaches the other areas of the Kent Riviera are easily accessible. Broadstairs and Margate are 10 minutes by car and the historic town of Canterbury is just 30 minutes away. This property does not have parking facilities however there is pay and display parking outside the property which is free from 6pm-9am and there are plenty of pay and display long term car parks nearby. Please let us know if you would like us to send your parking recommendations prior to your arrival.
