Nice room, furnished kitchen for all with spacious open dining/living area on ground floor. Groceries and variety of drinks are available for sale at very decent prices. Coffee and tea are free for all. Our room has a balcony with nice view of the snowy Gudauri during our stay.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing staff! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with big smiles and were offered a better room than the one we initially booked. And all along our stay, they offered us tea, coffee and food ! They were always available whenever we needed something. Amazing hospitality overall. Besides that, the hotel is well located, not too far from the ski station, has a small parking spot a couple dozen meters in front and the rooms were clean and had good views. They also offer ski rental and other winter activities that we regret not taking advantage of. 10/10 highly recommend. We would've stayed more if possible.
