A unique house for lovers of aesthetics and art. The house is located in Kato Kastelokampos, 100 meters from the sea where you can enjoy coffee, food and drinks in the beach bars of the area along with your swim. Within walking distance there is a mini market, a bakery and train station for going to the city center. Ideal for those seeking peaceful holidays next to nature and swimming in the many beaches of the area. Important Note: There are two dogs which will be in their own fenced area away from the house and will be fed daily by a carer. Please stay away from them and do not try to feed or pet them.

The house is about 100 meters from the seaside and also 100 meters from mini market, bakery and the train station. Also its right next to a Tennis club. Train station and bus station near by.
