This two-storey house includes an open-plan ground floor with a newly equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room which opens up to the patio and garden. You are welcome to make full use of all appliances, which include a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee maker, a fridge and of course a full sized cooker. The house sleeps 6 and includes one double room with a queen-sized bed, a double room with two separate single beds, another room with a single bed and an armchair which opens up .Clean bed-sheets and pillows to be provided by the host. There are two bathrooms, one downstairs used solely as a toilet and one upstairs with a full-sized bathtub, where you can light some candles and enjoy relaxing after a day in the sun… Extras included in the price:  Free wifi  Free parking ( 2 parking spots)  Washing machine and Iron  TV  Hot water all day long  Air-con(in the two double rooms, and a fan in the 3rd room)  Basic items, such as towels, soap, salt and pepper and such  First-aid kit  Extra pillows and bed linen
Superb newly-built house in the centre of Ipsos, which sleeps 6. Close to anything you could ever ask for:  centre 50metres distance from the closest supermarket and bus stop(busses to the every twenty minutes),  50metres distance from the beach(watersports, sunbeds, beach bars) and  right behind the main strip which is full of bars and restaurants. Perfect for both families who are looking to relax and groups of younger people who want to have fun. The house is 15km from the Old Town Centre, 16km from the airport and 13km from the port. The idyllic village and sandy beach of Paleokastritsa are just 17 km away. Other beaches close by include Dassia( 1.5 km) and Barbati (3 km). Within walking distance from the house, you will easily find restaurants, bars, shops, a pharmacy, a medical centre as well as a bike and car hire company.
