This villa was the fantasy of the perfect island getaway come to life. The villa was exactly as pictured in the site photos. We used the second level of the villa as our bedroom, and the third as our dressing room, allowing us to keep the kitchen area uncluttered. Others might wish to reverse this order. It felt like living on our own private island, while sitting on that patio. The patio had 180+ degrees of unbroken ocean vista with no neighbors. We had excellent visual privacy overlooking multiple uninhabited islands. It was about 40 feet to the sea, where we had exclusive access to the best snorkeling on the island. The skies were so clear and dark at night that the Milky Way looked like light pollution.

Unique experience, spectacular, stunning location. For an old building with so much character, the renovation to modernise it is superb. The bed was so large and comfortable. The shaded outdoor area with chairs and sun lounges overlooking the sea was so relaxing. Marina is an amazing hostess, organised everything we needed, couldn’t help us more.

We loved the location and the atmospheric set up of the building. It was at a rather isolated spot which created tranquility. The view from the terrace is amazing. We literally spent one entire day sitting at the terrace watching the blue Aegean sea and relaxing. We also went to the bright blue waters of the sea just down the place. It was like our private sea. Marina, our host was so kind and welcoming. She even brought us birthday cakes for my birthday which was so kind. We loved her. She was very helpful in every way. The owner also spoke to us on the phone welcoming us to his place which was also a very kind move. The kitchen was rich it had all possible gadgets.

We had hoped that a stay in the windmill villa would be a unique experience that would provide great family memories and we were absolutely not disappointed. The views are frankly awe inspiring and the villa is extremely high quality, with a very well considered fit out. The kitchen, while compact, was incredibly well stocked, and the bathroom was beyond comfortable. The two bedrooms provide a comfortable sleep and the outdoor areas allowed for total relaxation within very reasonable walking distance from the main town and gorgeous beaches. The hostess, Marina, was really lovely and added a special warmth and hospitality to our stay that we weren't expecting. The novelty and wonderful beauty of our stay did not wear off and we were very sad to leave.

Location bellissima e molto suggestiva. La proprietaria Marina è gentilissima è disponibile nel soddisfare le richieste. L’interno del mulino è molto fornito, gli spazi non sono grandissimi ma questo fa parte del tipo di struttura. Accesso al mare direttamente sotto il mulino…bellissimo!! Posizione molto comoda rispetto al porto e al paese!!

Una location straordinaria, unica nel suo genere, praticamente immersa nel mare, con piccole finestrelle sul mare che avresti avuto voglia di osservarle dall’alba al tramonto e dalle quali spirava un vento fresco e piacevolmente “rumoroso”. Uno spettacolo unico ed ahimè “irripetibile”, forse.
