Amazing place to stay in Koufonisia! We had a wonderful experience. Sofia runs this place with so much positive energy, attention to detail and hospitality. She'd show up with delicious food surprises, for example home made spinach pie, desserts, ice cream and fruit bowls. Overall service and cleanliness was amazing and the location was ideal, close to restaurants and beaches while maintaining a feeling of privacy and escape. Highly recommended!

Just 15 metres from the sea, Windmill Villa offers self-catering accommodation with a small private beach and panoramic views of of Amorgos, Keros, Kato Koufonissi, Schinoussa and Naxos islands.

The villa consists of 3 levels. On the ground floor there is the living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and WC, and on the two upper floors there are two bedrooms, with two beds on each floor.

This villa was the fantasy of the perfect island getaway come to life. The villa was exactly as pictured in the site photos. We used the second level of the villa as our bedroom, and the third as our dressing room, allowing us to keep the kitchen area uncluttered. Others might wish to reverse this order. It felt like living on our own private island, while sitting on that patio. The patio had 180+ degrees of unbroken ocean vista with no neighbors. We had excellent visual privacy overlooking multiple uninhabited islands. It was about 40 feet to the sea, where we had exclusive access to the best snorkeling on the island. The skies were so clear and dark at night that the Milky Way looked like light pollution.
