A wonderful, sunny apartment with 2 bedrooms in Duce, only 150 m from the beach and in the close proximity of the medieval town of Omis. Shops, restaurants and other commodities are all available within walking distance. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons and features two bedrooms + living room with an extendable couch and three bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining and sitting area, and a terrace with a view of the sea and the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, kitchenware, pots and pans, and comes with a stove, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, an oven. Additional amenities include a washing machine, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, private parking, TV and BBQ/grill. Private parking is available at the house, free of charge.

Neighbourhood information

Omis, a town surrounded by sea, a river and two mountains standing shoulder to shoulder, all within a 500 meter radius. Its medieval town core offers a number of bars and restaurants, whilst being within a walking distance from a centrally located sandy beach, a beach awarded a Blue Flag certificate as an indication of its high environmental and quality standards. In addition to the sun and the sea, all beaches in Omiš, as well as all other vast beaches of the Riviera offer a wide variety of entertainment and leisure activities such as jet-skis, boat or kayak rental or sea trampolines.
