Gorgeous view from the terrace! Amazing location, the beach is cute and the water very warm. Sumartin - the town across the bay, has amazing restaurants (Miron is a must try), Studenac market, Pekaro (try their burek) and a lot of local bars. Prices are very good, locals very friendly, it is a place that warms the heart and feeds your soul. Owners are amazing and really friendly, we had a long trip and they bought us snacks and coffee, it made our day!

The apartment is situated in Sumartin on the island of Brac, in a quiet bay Puntinak, in the middle of a pine forest, only 40 m from the beach. You will enjoy the unspoiled nature and crystal clear sea, only 2 km from the city center. The nearest airports are Split (54 km away) and the Bol 25 km away. Ferry lines Split-Supetar and Makarska-Sumartin The apartment is located in the renovated old stone house and has a large terrace. The apartment is modern and air-conditioned and offers guests accommodation with free Wi-Fi and TV with satellite channels. At 30 km from the house is a famous beach Zlatni Rat in Bol, mountain Vidova Gora, where are several hiking trails. Guests can use free parking nearby. Pets are allowed with additional cost. We are looking forward to your arrival
