Apartment house Drandic is located in the small coastal town called Fažana, only a few minutes drive from Pula, the largest Istrian city with a lot of roman era monuments and a couple of minutes from the sea. The apartmens' location is excellent for a holiday filled with relaxing on the beach, but also a lot of sightseeing and exploring. Pula Airport is only a 15 minute drive away..

Neighbourhood information

Fazana is a little fishing town near Pula. Today this is a bustling zone of tourist activity, with the main attraction being the Brijuni National Park. Fazana is connected to Pula and other neighboring towns via road and it is also the starting point of ship lines that take you to the Brijuni National Park. Every year, August is a busy time for Fazana, because that is when the unique celebration of sardines is conducted here, which in local Croatian is referred to as the Festa od Srdela. So, make your plans to visit quaint little Fazana, sample the salty sardines that are a wonderful specialty of the place and visit the Brijuni National Park.
