It was the second time we visited EMILIA LOFTS this year and each time it was amazing! Great location and the apartment was so clean and pretty! Definitely coming next year as well!

Emilia Lofts will welcome you with very spacious and open concept units consisting of clean and modern design. Relax on a large balcony and have your kids playing on our airy grounds. The building is located in the center of Tucepi. Just steps away from restaurants, bars, beaches, marina and more. The units range from approximately 42 square meters to 65 square meters. With a 7.5 square meter balcony.
I am originally from Croatia. I left Croatia when I was 17 as a foreign exchange student. I went to Bradley University for my undergrads. There I played tennis for the Braves. After that I got my Graduate Degree at Western Illinois University, where I was the assistant tennis coach for two years. I then moved to Chicago, the home town of my wonderful wife. I decided to move my family back to Croatia so my four kids can spend more time with their grandparents and have a different life experience. I love living in this village. It is where my grandparents are from. I have wonderful memories of my upbringing in Dalmatia and I look forward spending time with my guests in this paradise.
This property was originally a warehouse. My Grandfather also used it as his art studio. He was a very talented man who produced sculptures made of rock of local people and buildings. In 2018 I was able to restore the property and build it up. I am very grateful for my family to give me the opportunity to move back to Croatia. The most unique thing about this property is that is a stand alone property with specious grounds. The units are anywhere from 42m² to 65m². They are very well equipped, including dishwasher and washer. Units also come with large balconies. The property is located in the center of Tucepi and is just steps away from restaurants, bars, beaches, marina and more.
