Welcome to our newly renovated gem nestled in the charming neighborhood of Žnjan in Split. This luxurious and comfortable apartment offers a light and airy ambiance, perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. Just a short stroll from the stunning beaches, you'll enjoy easy access to crystal-clear waters and beautiful coastal scenery. Note: This year, one part of the beach is under renovation, so the first beach is a 15 minute walk instead of 5 like it says on the map. The spacious living area is bathed in natural light and the well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, which you can enjoy in the dining area or al fresco in our private garden with 30m2 of outdoor space. Nespresso, coffee and tea are complimentary, together with local olive oil. The bedroom promises a restful night's sleep with its plush bedding and tranquil setting. Freshen up in the sleek, contemporary bathroom, complete with all necessary amenities. Whether you're lounging in the garden, exploring the nearby local attractions (45 minute walk by the sea or 7 minute car ride), or unwinding on the nearby beach, the apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Your host is an Interior architect from Split, Croatia currently living and working in Zagreb, the capital. I am hosting my apartment where my lovely mother and cousin will take care of you and your company on site and help with anything you need as a guest.
The neighbourhood in which the apartment is is conveniently located on the eastern side of the city (easy to travel to the airport), nestled along the beautiful coastline of Žnjan beaches, where pebbled beaches and beach bars and entertainment will make your vacation stay worth your while. Žnjan is well connected to the city center along a promenade walk (45 min walk to the old town and Diocletian's palace/7 min car ride). As mentioned, currently part of the beach plato is being renovated so the first beach is a 15 minute walk from the apartment instead of 5 unlike the map shows.
