We really liked it. The house is very tastefully and modernly furnished. Everything you need is really there. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, washing machine etc... Super terrace and great view. Pool to cool down including outdoor shower. Location is quiet and not far from the beach. The host was very helpful at all times. We would definitely love to come back.

Property information

Rosa dei Venti is a modern duplex Villa where natural stones, glass and wood create enchanting spaces. With 150sqm of living space, 100sqm of terraces and over 200sqm of garden the villa is immersed in the silence of Peroj this is the perfect place to have a relaxing and holiday for the whole family! Completed with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay, it sleeps up to 7 people in two double bed with shared bathroom and one master bedroom with master bathroom. Additional folding bed is provided and crib is availabke on requests. The rooms have 3mt high cealings giving you an incredible feeling of space and air. The full wall windows present in most rooms also provide incredible natural light all year long and full view to the garden. The villa offers a great view of the surrounding nature and close by sea and the Brioni Islands. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and air-conditioning for your comfort. The master bedroom offers also a desk. The kitchen and living room are very spacious and fully furnished and equipped. The villa have terraces equipped with seating and lounges, gardens all around plus a roof terrace where you can enjoy private sunbathing and incredible views of the surroundings. Private parking is available. Pets are welcomed at our property. The beach is around 650mt away with a pleasant walk or bike ride.

Neighbourhood information

Peroj is charming and peaceful small village served with a small supermarket (Kunzum), a bakery and greengrocers in walking distance, it has a pebble/stone beach equipped with showers, sport and bars. The beach is short walk or bike ride from the house. It is 1.5km from Fazana, a lively village with some shopping and loads of restaurants. From Fazana you can make your excursion to the Brioni Islands. It is around 15km from Pula, the main city with all you need. Rovinj is about 25km away. Pula Airport is around 20km away and it is easily connected by bus and taxi. There is a bus around 500mt away on the main street that connects to Fazana and Pula. We recommend our guest to have a car to enjoy all the potential of the area.
