You have to know that there is a small space when you enter the property where you have to climb a couple of stairs. Because there are 2 apartments on the same floor sometimes you will maybe share a small terace walking distance with other guests. Everything else is completely yours and private. The walking distance from your parking spot is about 20 meters.
