The location was fabulous - and looked every bit as lovely as the photos. There's a handy cut through to the square and access to the Old Town nearby. The big white boat at the dock (Dolphino) does great dolphin trips in the evening, does not "chase" the animals which many others do, and gives customers a great experience. We loved being able to see the sea and the boats whilst lying in bed in the morning, plus watching the sun go down at the end of the day of course. The food prep are was cleverly put together, well appointed and looked good, but I wouldn't want to prepare more than breakfast (not included), and maybe a simple lunch in the restricted space. The apartment is on the third floor which people need to be aware of, but the stairs are light, bright and not steep

Loren met us at the property and showed us the apartment which has everything you need and even a expresso machine. Windows looking out over the water and a perfect view of the sunsetting. Loren let us use his parking space for the weekend and gave us a list of recommendations for restaurants. We used 2 and both were amazing. The apartment was modern yet cozy with a large bathroom. We went to the park and swam in the Adriatic. Amazing! Loved Old Town and the cathedral on the hill. Would definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic, close to everything you need for a wonderful stay in Rovinj. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Parking was up the hill, about a 10 minute walk from apartment and Louran meet us there and took us to the apartment and on our final day took us back to the car. Great stay and would definitely stay here again. Great view too. Thank you it was perfect.

Apartment is right in the city center, but there is no noise, it’s new, perfectly clean, fully equiped. Everything is just as you see in pictures, even better :-) It has the best sunset view I have ever seen and amazing whirlpool. You can park your car safely and for free. Owner was the best, very helpful, told us everything what should we see, where to go, gave us recommendations for best restaurants. Rovinj is for sure worth of your visit and this apartment is best place where you should stay.

It is exactly what it is on the pictures yet more with the smell of the sea and the magic view of the sunset. Very airy place, light from everywhere yet nice and cool. You have you peace from the hustle and bustle of this beautiful town but minutes from anything you can wish for. As a couple, a true honeymoon feel.
