Villa Lukrecia is a newly completed, modern villa that offers comfortable accommodation for 8+2 people in Prolozac Donji, in the hinterland of Makarska neighborhood. The villa gives out a modern and elegant appearance and is nestled in 3000 m² of a green garden and a vineyard. The main entrance takes you to an open-plan living room that has pool views. Dining area has a fully equipped kitchen with induction cook-tops. Four bedrooms are available on the first floor, each with en-suite bathrooms. From the rooms you can access two large terraces that have lounge furniture and imposing nature views. Gym and sauna are located on the ground level. The outdoor area offers great entertainment with a large pool and hot tub, deck chairs and sun-loungers. Inside the poolhouse is a stone grill, another kitchen, large tv, large dinning area and a cosy bar. The estate contains a playground for the youngest, as well as a volleyball and soccer court. Villa Lukrecia is a solution for comfortable and relaxing summer holidays.
Villa Lukrecia is located in the quiet part of a small-town, just 1 km from a mini-market, restaurant and a cafe. Discover the beaches of Makarska that are nearby, Baska Voda is 25 km away, and Makarska is 30 km away.
