Property information

Villa Mandriol is located on a great position with sea view from three sides of the house. Roof terrace with jacuzzi (100 m2) also provides a view to Pula, National Park Brijuni and Rovinj. Big private swimming pool (48 m2) contains a whirlpool and a little cascade. Pool is surrounded by sun deck with sun loungers and parasols. Charcoal/wood BBQ is free to use for the guests. House has a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating and a washing machine, which is perfect for longer stays. Ground floor of the house consists of living room/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a separate toilet. First floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and roof terrace with panoramic sea view is on the second floor. Wi-fi and air conditioning are provided for free. Free parking is provided on site. Please, let us know in advance how many parking spaces will be needed.

Neighbourhood information

Mandriol is a smaller place close to Peroj, Fazana, Pula and many surrounding places. Nearest pebble beach is in Barbariga (1.5 km away). Nearest grocery store and a restaurant are 1 km away. Take a walk through Peroj and visit St. Stjepan's and St. Spiridon's churches. Visit Fazana and take a boat trip to National Park Brijuni (4 km). Pula is 12 km away, it's an ancient city most known for its Amphitheater. Many ancient Roman monuments can be found in the city center, including Triumphal Arch of Sergius and Temple of Augustus.
