The best thing about this place is the location. You wake up and see the water and the sky, and you can literally walk into the sea from your room. I lay outside my room listening to the waves from 6am till I felt like getting out onto the sand. I find the budget rooms are in a better location, as they are closer to the sea. The bigger rooms also have their own charm, but not as intimate with the sea. Also, this is a good place to walk in and snorkel on your own, without a boat, etc. You can rent a snorkel (and flippers if required) and explore.

Beautifully located right in front of the ocean. The smallest bungalow is a little small for a couple, so I would recommend booking a bigger one. The food was freshly prepared and everything tasted amazing. Would definitely go back!

Great place to stay if you want to be in a quiet, cozy place. It's a small beach and only Good Karma has bungalows there. Every morning, you'll get hot water for tea or coffee delivered onto your porch. You can hear the waves of the ocean and see the sunrise on the morning.. Amed is a very quiet village. Lots of restaurants are around if you want to eat outside. Staff is very friendly and always helpful.

Very nice hotel ! Friendly team and very good breakfast ! Snorkeling is very nice from the beach just few meters from your room. Thé beach is full of fisher men boats but hôtel is providing sun chairs around thé lovely pool. Fyi there is à little shop if you cross thé little way after thé pool ( next to the purple doors) with many thingsto drink and eat. To know also there is a delicious and cheap warung named Green melon ! A place to taste if you stay in good karma hôtel ! If possible we will Côme back again ! We booked a villa next to thé pool ! I’m sure I will miss thé sound of thé waves at night ! And also we saw twice dolphins family from our room terrace ! Awsome ! You can book if you need to relax and enjoy thé aquarium in front of your room !

Restaurant was good with imaginative cooking, cold beer. Coffee delivered to room in morning was a nice touch. Room was a little dark but it did provide a good shelter early afternoon when temperatures rose up to 30C. Nice open bathroom and balcony situated under large leafy trees right on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful - always a smile also. Situated away from any crowds and not over-developed. Snorkelling was great. We saw a huge variety of coral reef fish etc. Our favourite spot in Amed. Close up view of local fishermen & boats.
