Spacious, cosy and bright flat in Pachino. Enjoy your holiday on one of Sicily's most beautiful coastlines, not giving up the services that a town can offer but at the same time enjoying all the local and tourist attractions just a few kilometres away. The flat for 6 people, spacious and very bright, is composed as follows: -3 double bedrooms -fully equipped kitchen -living room with sofa, TV and large balcony -2 fully equipped bathrooms -parking space in the courtyard The flat is located on the first floor, accessible by the stairs of the condominium. The location is very strategic given its proximity to all the main services (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, tobacconists, petrol stations, etc..) and the possibility of immediately leaving Pachino to reach other towns or the beautiful seaside resorts of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero. PARKING: Reserved parking space in the inner courtyard. There is also the possibility of free parking on the street. The main places to visit are: -Marzamemi (distance 6 km) -Portopalo di Capo Passero (distance 8 km) -Noto (distance 20 km) -Modica (distance 35 km) -Siracusa and Ortigia (distance 50 km) CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Please respect the above times, thank you. Linen and towel kits for each guest are included in the rate.

We are located in one of the main and most serviced districts of Pachino. In this very district you can find everything you need for your stay: -supermarkets -pharmacies -tobacconists -banks and post office -bars -pizzerias -restaurants (self-service) - petrol stations -etc.. Located in a strategic area that allows us both to leave the town immediately, so as to avoid traffic, to reach other towns or the famous seaside resorts such as Marzamemi and Portopalo, and to take advantage of the main services. The main places to visit are: -Marzamemi (distance 6km) -Portopalo di Capo Passero (distance 8km) -Noto (distance 20km) -Modica (distance 35km) -Siracusa and Ortigia (distance 50km) We are talking about one of the most beautiful coastlines in Sicily and consequently there are numerous attractions and places to visit.
