In BePlace Aventino we have always embraced the use of technology to support our customers in any situation. In this case our customers will be able to enjoy a travel experience that follows the principle of "social distancing" through these simple forms of attention: - "unattended" access: you can access with numerical codes sent before arrival without having to meet anyone for the delivery of keys or magnetic cards. - ID cards/Passports: the document verification is carried out with recognition through video call or cameras and sending a copy of the documents through WhatsApp or email. - check-out: there is no need to carry out any operation except to close the door and leave the house - cleaning: cleaning is carried out by adopting all the health criteria - spaces: the structure has only six rooms and the common spaces allow compliance with the rules of distancing - air conditioning: the air conditioning is independent in each room so there is no air recirculation

Property information

The property is located in a kind of small green island, quiet and peaceful. San Saba encompasses a part of the Aventino, known as Aventinetto, much less frequented by the city traffic. Its name comes from the San Saba Basilica that you can visit along the homonymous street, in the bottom flowing into the Viale Aventino, one of the ward boundaries. The other sides are bordered by Porta San Sebastiano and the Viale delle Terme di Caracalla. Walking through the Aventinetto, among the quiet residential streets, also visited the ancient Basilica of Santa Balbina. Must visit in the district of San Saba is obviously the archaeological site of the Terme di Caracalla, in which you will relive the excitement of sports, debates and social life that took place there in ancient times. This site is a milestone in a journey in Imperial Rome. For a special evening, treat yourself to a concert in the beautiful surroundings of the House of Jazz in Via di Porta Ardeatina.

The Guest House is located in the Aventino neighborhood, in the center of Rome in front of the Basilica of San Saba; is only 8 minutes from the Circo Massimo stop, the B metro line that allows you to reach in 2 minutes the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, in 5 Termini station; in 10 minutes the "Spagna" (line A), where the famous square and the magnificent stairway of Trinita dei Monti, a 15-minute stop "Ottaviano" (Line A), to reach the Vatican City are also present many of the surface urban transport lines, which allow you to reach every corner of Rome. At the same distance but on the other hand you can reach Piazzale Ostiense where the Metro B and Ostiense Train Station, where you can admire the Pyramid and the Protestant Cemetery, increasingly sought after destination for visitors from around the world . Behind Piazzale Ostiense is Eataly, the food distribution chain that offers the best of craft products. Not far from B & B Appia Antica with the catacombs of St. Sebastian, St. Domitilla and S.Callisto.
