The beach-front apartment is part of a big villa that has 8 private owned apartments. In addition to the private terrace with sea view and garden view, there is a large well-kept communal garden with 2 outside showers, a large dining table for enjoying meals in the garden, and there is also a stone oven for making authentic Italian pizza. Large well-maintained lawn where you can relax, sunbathe or play, and from the garden there is direct access through the small gate to the lovely beach. The apartment will be renovated in April 2023.
Quiet area which mainly consists of privately owned villas and holiday homes. Safe and calm, and beautiful nature. Just in front of the property there are several charming smaller beaches, and if you walk along the coastline for about 5-7 minutes, you can reach the amazing Porto Istana beach where sun loungers and parasols can be rented, and where some beach bars are open throughout the summer season. Ca 2,5 km away there is a small center where you will find a grocery, bakery, fruit store, pharmacy, ice-cream store (the best!!), some bars and restaurants (typical Italian/Sardinian dishes, pizza and sushi).
