Both David and Fabiola were spot on and responded to all our queries and an issue right away. The Apartments are very spacious and is walking distance (20+ mins) to the center. Products supplied are definitely 5 star level.

Our check in seamless and She even advised us about an amazing local restaurant-Perseus! Walkable distance to everything Only no washing machine but oh well .. only minor issue

It was a full apartment with a spacious living room, a kitchen and a bedroom. We were lucky we got the ground floor apartment so there was a little garden with outdoor sitting area. Very nice design, minimalist and stylish. 20 minutes walk from the duomo. Great price for what we got for sure!!

Beautiful apartment. Exceptionally well kept. Bigger than we expected. Thank you for the water and everything else that was stocked well. Great location to explore key locations in Florence. The only hitch was the hot water not working on one of the days but that should be an easy fix. Very welcoming team for reception. The only other thing I would improve is the external camera / ringing system as it doesn’t give any ‘feedback’ so you don’t know if anyone has heard you or not. Bottom line: we will certainly pick BB again.

Lovely, clean apartment. Small kitchen with tea and coffee facilities. Very comfortable bed. A small Haven away from bustle of Central Florence. A 20 minute walk to Florence Duomo. Local cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarket an easy stroll from apartment.
