We like the old stile the house. That's was amazing, very nice and very clean 👌 very quiet and very nice view!! Very friendly people. We advise everyone how want to stay a way from noises and traffic and to enjoy a private home, this is the one place which you can love it. I thank the owners of the house for the communication and all-round help. So thank you so much for everything and definitely we gonna be back here 🙏

Casina di Rosa was built by the owner's grandparents and has been in the family ever since. It is perfectly kept and in an ideal location to explore the most iconic landmarks of southern Tuscany. Halfway between Siena and the coast of the Maremma, it offers an ideal starting point for day trips to the hill towns of Tuscany as well as for a relaxing day at the beach or for an active day on horseback or bike or tasting wine in one of the many wineries in the area. Its traditional and romantic feel is preserved, but modern comforts are available (free wifi and air-conditioning).
Gloria is from the village and her family has always owned the property. Marcel is from Canada and has lived in the area for almost 20 years now. They have two children and look after their property with care and passion. Over the years we have collected countless excellent reviews and we blog regularly about our life in Tuscany.
Civitella Marittima is in a gorgeous rural area with easy access to most of the main attractions in Tuscany. Only a short drive to Siena, the coast of the Maremma, the hilltown of the Val d'Orcia with their iconic rolling hills, the lesser known Etruscan area with the free spas and the world-renowned wine region of Chianti and Florence. The location is the perfect spot to come back to your home away from home after a long day of exploring or for relaxing in the countryside for a week off the beaten path.
