Très bien équipé et fonctionnel. Super bien placé, proche des grandes rues commerciaux et d’une grande allée qui longe le port (avec des bars, restaurants…). Des magasins de grandes surfaces sont également accessibles a pied et plusieurs épiceries proches de l’appartement. Les hôtes sont réactifs et très gentils.
