The structure consists of two apartments in a private building close to the center of Castellammare del Golfo. It is located on a very quiet and silent street, just a few minutes walking from the main street, Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi. The first apartment can host up to five people. It is located on the first floor and has a large kitchen with a small balcony, two bedrooms with air conditioning and a fully equipped bathroom. The second apartment can host up to three people. It is located on the second and last floor. It has a kitchen corner opening on a large partially covered terrace ideal for outdoor dining. In case of bad weather it is possible to close completely the sliding window. The apartment is completed by a bedroom with air conditioning and a fully equipped bathroom.
The building is located very close to the center of the village, five minute walk away from shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the bus stop. In a few minutes walk It is possible to reach the beautiful marina where, in addition to a beautiful view, there are the most fashionable clubs that attract, especially in the evening, people of all ages. From the port leave the small streets with their small restaurants and bars: the perfect place to enjoy the spring evenings and to chill in the hot summer evenings. The building, despite being central overlooks a street that ends with a staircase, so quiet and quiet because without traffic. The parking in front of the house is easy to find in low season, while in August parking is difficult throughout Castellammare del Golfo. A few hundred meters away there is a small square on Via Matteotti with free parking.
